Terms of delivery

Our delivery terms apply to transactions between System Hall AB (org.nr: 556284-4687) and you as a customer. By shopping with us, you agree to our delivery conditions.

 

Order

Orders are placed via our e-commerce; webbshop.systemhall.com

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address.

 

Return

If you wish to return your product, please send an email to webbshop@systemhall.com within 14 days of receiving the product. The message should clearly state why you wish to return the product.

If you return your purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping of the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products that are custom-made to your specifications.

If the total amount you have to pay is less than 400 SEK, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

Prices

Each product in our online shop is listed with its price excluding VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the current VAT. VAT is added to the invoice at the current VAT rate. Prices are subject to change due to price changes by our suppliers, currency fluctuations or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping and delivery

Normal delivery time is between 1-3 working days after we receive your order, unless otherwise stated. For custom-made products, delivery time may vary.

The shipping cost is based on distance, size, weight and will be indicated on your invoice. When ordering, you have the opportunity to specify special requests for your delivery. We try to accommodate these requests as far as possible.

In the event of damage to or loss of goods, System Hall will reimburse up to SEK 10,000 per order.

Additional costs for customs and taxes on import may be incurred and paid by you as the recipient.

 

Terms of payment

Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are sent to your specified invoice email address. In case of late payment, penalty interest is charged according to the Interest Act.

 

Complaints

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at webbshop@systemhall.com but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

In the event of a complaint, information must be sent to us at webbshop@systemhall.com with attached pictures and a detailed description of what the complaint concerns.

 

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters and war or similar events.

 

Changes to delivery conditions

Our delivery conditions are subject to change. When you visit our online shop, it is therefore important that you read our delivery conditions.
